Art Therapy for Service Industry Workers (Online)

This group will address the mental health impact of working in the hospitality industry by offering participants opportunities to process their experiences through the use of art therapy. Participants will have a safe space to explore their emotions and feel validated in their struggles.

Altered Books for Life Transitions (In-Person)

This group will address the difficulties around life transitions, as even positive changes can elicit anxiety and uncertainty. Participants will participate in creatively altering a book of their choice in order to better process their feelings about the shifts they are experiencing.

Art Therapy for Creatives: Managing the Critical Voice is a group art therapy session that focuses on identifying barriers to the creative process such as lack of motivation and harmful self criticism.

 

Participants will gain tools on how to identify critical voice, manage anxiety and negative self-talk through art making and discussion.

This group will address the benefits of establishing and developing a creative practice to address target needs and pains. Participants will have opportunities to deepen their relationship with themselves and others through art-making that encourages curiosity and dialogue.
