David Zhang holds an MA in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. David looks to utilize an integrative approach that includes theoretical frameworks such as CBT, Multiculturalism, Psychodynamics, and Mindfulness in his work with clients. He has experience working with clients looking to address depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of routine, loneliness, to name a few. In addition, David has worked with clients of different ages from teenagers to adults. David aims to provide a safe, warm, open, and confidential space for all clients and guide them to embark on their therapeutic journeys.

Gwen holds a B.S. in Psychology from West Virginia University and a M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. Gwen has experience working with diverse clientele on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and so on. Her orientation leans towards person- centered therapy, while pulling from a variety of therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. She also utilizes an integrative approach to counseling, as she believes that one’s therapeutic approach should be tailored to the client and their needs. Gwen strives to create a safe, collaborative space for her clients, to foster self-awareness and promote client growth.
