Christine utilizes a person-centered approach, creative expression, and talk therapy in a space that is safe, accepting, and non-judgmental, fostering an environment of self-directed change and path to self-actualization. Together a collaborative approach will be used to reinforce your foundation, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover your identity. Katie Fowler holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A.in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, an active member of the American Counseling Association and has complete training in EMDR therapy. Katie continues to pursue EMDR certification through the EMDR International Association.

 

Katie strives to provide a safe, nonjudgmental partnership that enables you to create goals and make strides towards them. She does this through EMDR therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Somatic Experiencing therapy and attachment based interventions that assist in building a healthy mind and body connection.
