Caini earned her Master's degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. With the use of DBT and a person-centered approach, Caini knows how to effectively help clients manage the ups and downs of intense emotions and lead clients to recognize the beauty of their authenticity, boost their self-esteem, and together build a life worth living. As an Asian female therapist, Caini hopes to empower cultural minorities through a social justice lens by meeting them where they are at.
