Isabel holds a B.S. in Psychology from High Point University and is working towards her masters in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. She speaks English and Portuguese, and enjoys working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Isabel believes everyone can benefit from counseling as she strives to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment to foster client self-exploration and growth. She believes that everyone’s experience is unique, and because of that, Isabel approaches therapy from an integrative approach by adapting therapy to meet her client’s values and goals.
