Vaneela Ramgolam
MFT - Intern
Vaneela Ramgolam is currently pursuing a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also holds dual bachelors degrees in Psychology and Health Sciences, as well as a masters in Public Health.
Grounded in empathy and mindfulness, her approach is rooted on the foundation that every person is the expert on their own life and experiences. She believes the relationship between a client and therapist can be very safe and fulfilling, and feels it is an honor to be part of your journey to self-exploration. Using a systemic approach, Vaneela hopes to integrate mindfulness and emotional development, particularly in areas involving anxiety, depression, grief, couples therapy, non-conforming family dynamics/relationships, and self-worth. With a lengthy background working in healthcare, she also feels passionate about working with individuals facing acute and chronic conditions.
Together, she hopes you can work towards healing, growth, and a renewed sense of well-being. “I aim to empower clients to connect with their inner selves, fostering greater awareness and emotional resilience.”
