Sabrina has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and is currently working on a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. Sabrina's passion for helping others comes from the belief that our thoughts and self-confidence are shaped by the way we see the world. She aims to create a relaxed, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable and understood. Taking a collaborative approach, Sabrina works with clients to explore their goals, face challenges, and find ways to thrive. The ultimate goal is to help people make lasting, positive changes and become the best versions of themselves.
