Natalia takes an integrative and culturally responsive approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while grounding her work in a person-centered framework that prioritizes empathy and collaboration. She has experience supporting youth on the autism spectrum through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and cultural identity development.
