Therapy for Professionals In New York

Live your truth, trust your choices, and step into a future that feels right for you

Brooke Holsinger

MHC - Intern

Brooke draws from a variety of modalities to create an integrative approach to therapy, using a framework that emphasizes empathy and collaboration. She tailors her therapeutic techniques to each client’s needs, taking into account all aspects of their identity that uniquely shape their experiences. She is especially interested in working with clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, life transitions, trauma, dissociation, as well as with couples. Brooke has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and is working towards a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College. She has experience volunteering for a crisis hotline, working as a Registered Behavior Technician, and conducting research on dissociation and trauma.

I hope to work with adults and teens who want to gain more insight into themselves and move towards addressing their issues together. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and their feelings.
