Brooke draws from a variety of modalities to create an integrative approach to therapy, using a framework that emphasizes empathy and collaboration. She tailors her therapeutic techniques to each client’s needs, taking into account all aspects of their identity that uniquely shape their experiences. She is especially interested in working with clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, life transitions, trauma, dissociation, as well as with couples. Brooke has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and is working towards a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College. She has experience volunteering for a crisis hotline, working as a Registered Behavior Technician, and conducting research on dissociation and trauma.
