Bri Vigorito is a compassionate and dedicated therapist currently pursuing a degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. They hold a BA in Psychology and Dance from Barnard College, and bring a diverse background to their practice, which includes experience as a preschool teacher and early childhood educator before transitioning into therapy. Bri is also a lifelong dancer and certified yoga instructor, with a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection.
Bri's therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, person-centered care, and an understanding of the significance of attachment and development in self-discovery. They use a holistic methodology that draws from a variety of therapeutic techniques, valuing the unique qualities of each individual they work with. As a non-binary lesbian, Bri brings their lived experience to their practice, offering valuable support to clients navigating their own gender and sexuality journeys.
