Dhihum Kour

Dhihum is an immigrant woman from India working towards her master's in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in mental health from Teachers College, Columbia University. She believes that therapy should not have a one size fits all approach but should be in accordance with the client’s needs. She focuses on building a collaborative relationship with her clients to determine the goals for the therapy and creating a supportive and nurturing space to achieve these goals. She works toward creating an environment that promotes awareness and growth in the client to help them become more understanding of themselves, which helps them and their relationships with the people around them.
