Stay at Home Art Therapy Group
This counseling group is a safe space for individuals experiencing financial hardship. We will discuss topics such as anxiety, navigating uncertainty, and establishing routine. Art making and a supportive atmosphere will be utilized to focus on problem solving, creating structure, and self-care.

Are you interested in taking a break from drinking? Ever wondered what it would be like to spend weekends hang-over free? Bottled Up is workshop created specifically for women who are questioning their relationship with alcohol, curious about sobriety, or looking for additional support and community in a period of abstinence from alcohol. You don’t have to quit forever, but this is a safe place to try sober on for size.

Includes one 15-minute phone consultation*; written journal assignments with individual, personal feedback; 6 group workshop sessions ranging in topic; strategies for coping with social pressures and anxiety, and a community of supportive, like-minded women.

Week 3 - Our History With Alcohol
Week 4 - Getting to Know Our Sober Selves
